The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a good shower, functional air conditioning, and a small refrigerator in the room. Transportation was incredibly convenient, with the Plaza de España metro station just a stone's throw away. The hotel's location in the city center made it easy to explore key attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this city.

Our stay at Cason Del Tormes was amazing. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street, yet perfectly located near all the attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. The staff were friendly and provided helpful directions and recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for an ideal stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the excellent location of the hotel. Just a short 3-5 minute walk from the Royal Palace and 2 minutes from the subway station. It was also close to Gran Via street, perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous, especially our friend Antonio. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a pleasant ambiance. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious warm and cold dishes.
Felt at ease, no complaints at all.

It is situated at the crossroads between several areas you will want to walk and explore, making it very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and come with stylish bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Basic amenities such as clean towels and a chair are provided. The breakfast is included in the price and offers a good variety of options, including fresh seasonal fruits.
